Technical experience built over 25 years
Spectra is part of the experience built up by AKRO SRL, a company founded in Brașov in 2001.
From the start, AKRO has worked in primary water treatment, disinfection with UV rays, ozone and chlorination, as well as in building services conditioning systems. Over time, this work gave us a practical perspective on applications where water quality control, hygiene, safety and the continuous operation of installations are essential.
As UV-C technology became more and more relevant for professional applications, this direction grew into an important part of our activity. This is how Spectra came to be: a brand dedicated exclusively to UV-C disinfection solutions for water, air and surfaces.
Today, Spectra combines the technical experience built up over time with a portfolio of professional equipment and services that support the correct long-term operation of the solutions.
